About Us
Building Owners & Managers Association (BOMA GLR) is the leading association for professionals involved in the management and operation of commercial real estate across Central Arkansas. Representing over 23 million square feet of commercial property, our members include property owners, managers, and the essential service providers who help keep these buildings running smoothly and efficiently.
Together, our properties contribute more than $362 million annually to the Arkansas economy and support nearly 7,600 local jobs. As a proud affiliate of BOMA International—established in 1907 and serving over 18,000 members worldwide—BOMA GLR continues a legacy of excellence in real estate leadership.
Founded in 1947, our local chapter is made up of more than 100 members, evenly split between property professionals and service companies. United by a shared commitment to education, advocacy, and networking, we strive to elevate the standards of commercial property management in our region.
We gather monthly—typically on the second Tuesday—for luncheons featuring industry-relevant programming. Throughout the year, we also host signature events including a golf tournament, awards banquet, building tours, trade shows, and a festive holiday party with a silent auction supporting local charities.
Advocacy
BOMA GLR and BOMA International are powerful advocates for the commercial real estate sector. Through strategic engagement with policymakers, we help shape public policy and protect the interests of our members—saving them millions of dollars and ensuring our industry's voice is heard at every level of government.
Education
